October. On the one hand, it officially puts summer in the rear view mirror (sad for me, but maybe not so much for other people). On the other hand, October has a lot to offer. Playoff baseball. Football. Pumpkins. And of course, that one day at the end of the month that sometimes sparks so much debate in Christian circles.
